Best Mortgage Interest Rate ? Any body in the know .? - building society fixed rate mortgage

I am looking for a 2 or 3 new offering fixed-rate mortgage. My previous offer of 4.65% valid until 1 December (except with the Alliance and Leicester). The best deal you can find an agreement of 5.87% with the same lender, but a fee of £ 599 product, an admin fee of £ 250 (As he) a mortgage with them and transfer different, so costs about £ 800 keep up my mortgage with the company in the same building, when I'm with him.

Has anyone any deals without knowing the Admin and the enormous costs, which I missed, because the biggest disappointment of the Alliance and Leicester is to find the best deal.
