Do I have to buy an extended service contract in Oklahoma on a used car? - oklahoma refinance
She bought an SUV, 2004 in Oklahoma. Marchand said that we could get our credit without having to buy the extended service contract. Is this legal? The loan is through Wells Fargo. I would like to cancel now, in March 2009 to buy a car in October 2008. Just refinanced with a local credit union, and they say that it is illegal in our state of Washington. Let me know if you know nothing.
