Symptoms and signs of renal failure depends on the nature of the disorder. In acute renal failure, the patient can oliguria (reduced urination) with generalized swelling (edema) of the body with high blood pressure. Sometimes there may be blood in the urine. In the early stages of chronic kidney disease, the patient and symptoms such as fatigue, exhaustion and frequency of nocturia (frequent urge can be increased up during the night). Vomiting, edema, and finally the release under pressure. There is also loss of appetite. Other symptoms depend on the cause of the error. For example, if there are stones in the kidney, then it can be excruciating pain in the groin or bleeding or severe diarrhea can be signs of shock. The complications of renal failure, pulmonary edema (fluid accumulation in the lungs), the sustained increase in blood pressure, severe acidosis and hyperkalemia (potassium levels in the blood) and infection. If left untreated, is the final stage of renal failure is almost always fatal.

Decreased urine output, although occasionally urine output remains normal
Fluid retention causing swollen legs, ankles or feet
Drowsiness
Shortness of breath
Fatigue
Confusion
Seizures or coma in severe cases
Chest pain related to pericarditis, an inflammation of the sac-like membrane surrounding the heart
Some people do not notice any signs or symptoms, or are you more about the underlying problem that causes kidney failure, a sudden hit.
