Viking vs. Kitchenaid stand mixer? - viking stand mixer
Hello everyone, I had set my heart on a mixer for year and I'm a treatment (finally!).
I did a little review of the online research and found the Viking mixer (which I think is broken empty) def Kitchenaid hands down. It's a bit expensive, but I think it will be useful.
Thoughts?

Hi Anton,
I do not want them around before you buy a Viking stand mixer discouraged, and I notice that you have done some online research, but ...
Viking mixer is more than twice the cost of a room 5 and KitchenAid, although you get a lemon or other society, organization) (place, I would like my experiences.
I often cook at home and at my restaurant. It's really one of my favorite things. I have several mixers, thank God!
A machine was used in the restaurant in Hobart for many years. When he finally had to be replaced, I bought a KitchenAid. In fact, I bought two KitchenAid 5 rooms. They are used every day, several times a day for a variety of tasks. After four years of work is still very good.
I have a piece 5 KitchenAid at home. ) I use for a variety of tasks such as kneading bread and pastries (with my granddaughter aid. I have no problems with the machine.
I tried a Viking, too. There was a lot more noise than any mixer, whichI personally used. One would expect a better overall performance of the Viking ($ 525 USD) to the KitchenAid (200 USD). Not true.
Think seriously KSM150PSER KitchenAid Artisan Series 5-Quart. This is a new set of KitchenAid.
(PS - I enjoy no way to recommend one over the other. I am not a "representative" KitchenAid).
Happy "hunting", Anton
I have the help of the kitchen for a long, very good.
Go to the Viking! There I bought about 6 months and I love love love it. My sister-in-law has the Kitchen Aid and has some problems with it. I do not regret my purchase at once! Enjoy!
